I just wanted to write and thank you for the excellent job your folks did in installing the windows in my home. From the first time you came to the house to show me what you had to offer until the job was completed, I was more than satisfied. You explained from the first step what you could provide, with no high pressure; showed a great deal of knowledge of your product; and exhibited a great deal of confidence that the people who worked for you would provide satisfaction. All this at an extremely reasonable price (and I must say it was a much better price than the big, established, assembly line companies like Sears could offer).
But what amazed me the most was the professionalism, exceptional competence, and unbelievable craftsmanship that the two gentlemen you sent …displayed in accomplishing the job.
I must also say a word about the cleanup. I have never seen anyone leave a worksite that clean. If all of the folks in your organization are as skilled and meticulous…as these two gentlemen were, and I feel sure they are, I won't have to worry about my warranty on the windows because you are going to be in business for a long time and as good a job as they did, I'm sure I'd never need it anyway.
I am certainly going to take every opportunity that I can to let everyone I know what a great job you did and that your company is the one to call for windows or siding.
